The pavilion is the information center on a hospital campus. In keeping with its function, its free form contrasts with the hospital’s orthogonal system of free-standing buildings. The two-story structure can be entered on ground level from two sides and serves the general public. Round openings in the roof allow daylight into the main part of the building. One large opening in the ceiling above the ground floor directs daylight into the customer zone.
