SPARK City

2009

By introducing multi-story beam-shaped components, all with the same crosssection, and by steering clear of problematic corner situations, parcels of land can be put together as a multifaceted urban structure. This layering of components of different lengths gives rise to permeability and fosters identification with the district; it is not a matter of beginning with a complete figure and fragmenting it.
